Shanel M. Frazier

affectionately known as Lady Shanel is the wife of Pastor Shannon Frazier, Pastor of Encouragers Church International, in Baytown, Tx.

Devoted to the vision and mission of the ministry, Lady Shanel serves alongside her husband and is devoted to the ministry as she assists in a variety of duties to assure that his God-given vision is carried out. Lady Shanel influences and inspires women to live a WEALTHY WOMAN LIFESTYLE. Lady Shanel teaches that a Wealthy Woman is a woman who is rich in character, valuable, resourceful and lives life the way that God has designed. She challenges women to WALK INTO THEIR WEALTHY PLACE!

 

As a woman of great faith, she is also musically gifted, an innovator, and classy fashionista. Lady Shanel is a kingdom woman with kingdom values and principles. As the founder and CEO of Wealthy Woman’s Wardrobe, she encourages women that they can be Holy, Sanctified, and Fashionable all at the same time! Her Motto is Fabulous, Feminine and Free! Lady Shanel serves as the Worship Leader and E-Women’s Class Leader in the ministry. She is passionate about leading women into the presence of God where they will discover and

embrace all that He has called them to be.

 

Lady Shanel is the mother of two amazing and talented boys, Seth and Josiah. She looks forward to the future and all that God has in store for her in Motherhood, Ministry, and The Marketplace!
